Terms of Service

By accessing or using AutoCV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use AutoCV. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 13, we will delete that account and its data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it up to date

• You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account for anyone other than yourself

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from the account settings

AutoCV lets you post content such as profile information, car listings, photos, posts, comments, and messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving AutoCV.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

When using AutoCV, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit

• Post or distribute any content that exploits or endangers minors; we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report violations to the relevant authorities

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

• Post spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising

• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users without consent

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We provide tools that let you report posts, comments, profiles, car listings, groups, and messages that you believe violate these Terms. We review reports and may, at our discretion, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including immediate termination for content involving child exploitation. We aim to review reports promptly, generally within 24 hours.

Company accounts may create listings for service centers, including business name, location, operating hours, and services offered. By creating such a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business and that the information provided is accurate. We may remove listings that are fraudulent, unverified, or that violate these Terms.

The AutoCV name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

AutoCV integrates with third-party services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications and Google Maps for directions. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

AutoCV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by other users is accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
