Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2026

AutoCV is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This page describes our standards, the measures we take to prevent and detect CSAE, how to report it, and how to reach us.

1. Our Commitment

AutoCV maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We do not allow content, behavior, or accounts that sexualize, exploit, endanger, or otherwise harm minors anywhere on our platform — including profiles, car listings, posts, comments, groups, and private or group messages.

2. What We Prohibit

We prohibit, without exception:

• Any visual depiction of a minor in a sexually suggestive or explicit manner, including computer-generated or AI-altered imagery

• Sexualized commentary about, or sexual solicitation of, anyone who is or appears to be a minor

• Grooming behavior, including attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual purposes

• Sextortion, or threats to share intimate images of a minor

• Facilitating, promoting, or providing instructions for child trafficking or sexual abuse

• Any other content or conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of minors

3. Prevention & Safety Measures

We take the following steps to reduce the risk of CSAE on AutoCV:

• Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account

• Every profile, post, comment, car listing, group, and message can be reported directly within the app, with a dedicated category for content involving child exploitation

• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, generally within 24 hours

• Accounts and content found to violate this policy are removed immediately and the account is permanently banned

• We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities, including preserving evidence as required by applicable law

4. How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior on AutoCV that you believe involves CSAE:

• Use the in-app "Report" option available on profiles, posts, comments, car listings, and groups, and select "Child exploitation" as the reason

• Email us directly at support@autocv.ge with as much detail as possible (links, usernames, screenshots)

• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first

5. Our Response

Reports involving suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority. We immediately remove the reported content, suspend or permanently ban the associated account, and — where required by law — report the matter to the relevant national authorities or organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), preserving relevant data to support any investigation.

6. Designated Point of Contact
